Production Stages

In our factory, we have a modern production facility that meticulously follows the leather production process. We work with state-of-the-art equipment and expert staff in our facility to provide our customers with leather products of high quality and original designs. The first stage of our production process begins with the selection and procurement of quality leather raw materials. We source leather from only the highest quality and sustainable sources, capitalising on the richness of their resources. Then, our leathers are carefully prepared for processing. At the leather processing stage, our experienced craftsmen and technicians clean, trim and process the hides using modern equipment. At this stage, we use environmentally friendly chemicals and processes to ensure environmentally friendly and sustainable production. The leathers are dyed, patterns and textures are applied and the desired colour and characteristics are achieved. At the cutting and shaping stage, our expert craftsmen cut and shape the leather pieces according to the product designs, using skilful cutting techniques. Thanks to the precise and detailed workmanship, we ensure that our products have a unique and perfect appearance. In the final stage, the leather pieces are assembled and undergo final checks. They are rigorously inspected for compliance with our quality standards and responsiveness to customer demands. As a result, we focus on quality and authenticity at every stage in order to offer our customers high quality and aesthetically appealing leather products.
